Report to HR Director
1.Source and recruit qualified international employees according to Company strategic development and HR demands;
2.Responsible for salary survey, background check and on-board management;
3.Assist performance evaluation and management;
4.Assist disciplinary management, grievance management and employee relations;
5.Improve employee engagement and internal communication;
6.Assist HR Director on other HR duties;
1.Bachelor's degree or above
2.Around 8 years HR working experience, including 5 years recruiting experience.
3.Familiar with different recruiting channels and tools, including but not limited to Linkedin, Indeed，etc.
