Latin America Research Program Counselor

Era launcher is currently looking for a remote Latin America Program Counselor to anywhere in the world.While the position is listed as Latin America,we are interested in speaking to qualified candidates at any location in the whole world.The primary purpose of this job is to play a key role in the research of the Program Risk Management for our clients.

Responsibility
Your tasks will include,but are not limited to:
Reports to us in carrying out core task processing to control project compliance.
Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times.
Ensure works are properly scheduled with contractual and client requirements.
Stay up to date with current events and news in Latin America.

Minimum Qualifications
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics,History,International Law,International Relations,Geography,Environment Policy,Foreign aid management,Political Science,or related degrees desirable.
Professional,organized and effective written and oral communication skills.Attention to detail snd timely follow-through is essential.
Fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications
Advanced training in International Studies,International Organizations or other related field is strongly preferred.
Have a strong cultural awareness and an interest in international affairs is expected.
Ability to use qualitative and quantitative sources and methodologies to develop policies and guidance for a large federal organization.
