Job Description:

The primary objective of this position is to help us with internal and external recruitment as well as develop innovative approach that will help our business to hire sustainable top talent.

Your daily task include (but not limited to):

• Partnering with leading resources and sourcing desired candidates
• Actively participating in social networking activities (LinkedIn, Twitter, Indeed ,etc.) to promote recruitment
• Taking part in various events, meetings and job fairs and developing a pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Screening candidates on basic skill set, availability, interest level, compensation, relocation needs, etc.
• Consistently offering innovative solutions to recruiting challenges within the broader context of the organization’s priorities and approach to problem solving
• Working on improvement of job descriptions and internal onboarding procedures
• Understanding client service or experience issues related to recruitment, on boarding and job posting.
• Providing assistance on various projects within the HR department.

Requirements

• You are highly passionate about recruitment and human resources
• You are a self-starter who can work analytically and independently in a small team
• You have strong work ethic, positive attitude, ability to work effectively in teams with clear and concise English communication skills
• You are result oriented and work easily with deadlines
• Basic computer skills including strong research skills
• Chinese language skill is not needed
• Experience in HR is an added advantage but not necessary

Internship details:

It is a 3 months internship role that can turn into a full-time job upon successful completion. During the internship period of 3 months, you will be evaluated on various tasks in order to estimate your overall performance. During the 3 months internship program, your allowance will be 50 RMB / day + 10% commission on every successful candidate closure.

If upon finishing the internship you’ve been successfully selected for a full time job, your full time salary as an entry level employee will be in the range of 4,000 ~ 8,000 RMB / month basic salary + 10% commission + performance bonus. Your expected monthly income should be in the range of 6,500~15,000 RMB depending on your performance.

Upon finishing your first year contract your position in the company will be reevaluated and you can be promoted to a Senior Recruitment Manager or a Department Manager role thereby managing your own recruitment team.

For international candidates, visa support will be provided upon request.
