Job Description

The role will involve:

Establishing and implementing a sales strategy to expand new market and high level customers, collecting key information base in Russia.
Design and implement market development strategies, prepare sales forecasts and budgets, standardize sales processes, and achieve sales targets.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key retail customers in Russia, gaining the ideas and needs of customers about the clothing trends, products research and development, order producing, etc..
Identifying new market opportunities and developing business strategies.
Gain an in-depth understanding of relevant market policies, conduct market research, analyze market trends, and provide strategic basis and data support for the company's business development and new product development.
Represent the company at industry exhibitions in Russia market, collect industry information, and expand business channels.
Working closely with our Chinese merchandiser teams, showing and recommending the clothing products and the entire force of our company to customers to get orders from them successfully in Russia.
Building and overseeing the development of our organizational structure in Russia.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in clothing importer or vendor company in Russia or have sourcing experience working in the big brand company of clothing and possess the skills and ability as a senior garment sales manager.

You-must have relevant industry knowledge and contacts and ability to generate and bring in new business opportunities for the company.
You must have extensive experience as a manager of sales or product in importer companies.
You must have fashion apparel development and business knowledge and a deep understanding of Russia garment market.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
Experience working with international production centers is a plus.
You should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team.
You will need to be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
