DATA CENTER SALES SPECIALIST

Job Description
We are hiring for a Data Center Sales Specialist or Pre-Sales Technical Support (with a potential transition to Sales), focusing on products such as UPS, power modules, micro-modules, and AHUs.

Location and Business Scope (we are hiring in the following 3 locations) :
· Cairo, Egypt (Responsible for the Northern Africa market, frequent travel required)
· Johannesburg, South Africa (Responsible for the Southern Africa market, frequent travel required)
· Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Responsible for the Asia-Pacific market, frequent travel required)

Responsibilities
Support regional data center marketing activities and build brand influence through marketing events.
Conduct market insights, identify potential leads and opportunities, and support project expansion in the assigned region.
Contribute to the development planning of data center business in the region, guide industry or enterprise data center construction standards, and build and maintain the ecosystem.
Provide support in customer solution discussions, client visits, requirement management and guidance, solution development, configuration and pricing, and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Support regional project operations and bidding processes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above
Solid knowledge of data center technology (HVAC/low and high-voltage power distribution/intelligent systems) and familiarity with products such as UPS, power modules, micro-modules, and AHUs. Candidates who can accurately understand customer needs and effectively convey company solutions are preferred.
Experience in solution discussions, project expansion, and bidding, with a good understanding of the bidding process. Candidates with1-2 years of experience in data center architecture design solutions or related sales roles are preferred.
