A leading education consulting company in China currently operating international schools throughout southern China. Our Shenzhen and Guangzhou schools offer an American high school curriculum. Originally founded in 2005, we have operated international schools since 2011 and has concluded numerous cooperation agreements with the leading high schools in Guangdong Province, including Shenzhen Experimental High School and Guangdong Experimental High School.
The core of each of our programs is constructed around four goals: ensuring English proficiency, developing critical thinking skills, encouraging students to pursue study in a variety of subject areas, and experiencing the rigors of college-level courses through courses like those offered by the College Board AP program. We currently serve students ranging from grades 6-12.
Our methods have yielded impressive results over the past seven years. 100% of graduates have successfully gained admission into the top 100 colleges in the United States (and their equivalents in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia) every year since founding. A brief selection of the schools our students have enrolled in include: Columbia, Brown, Cornell, Stanford, Duke, University of Pennsylvania, Johns Hopkins, University of Chicago, NYU, UCLA, Notre Dame, Smith College, Oberlin College, Boston College, and UC Berkeley.
At present, we employs over 200 Chinese staff and 50 expatriate staff. Our total student enrollment stands at over 800 students and we plan to increase this number to over 1000 within the next few years.
Develop engaging, well-structured curriculum to prepare students for the writing demands of College level education
Develop assessment tasks to support the development of writing skills across subject areas
Encourage student participation in classes
Facilitate the attainment of each student’s full potential and develop non-academic as well as academic skills via the teaching of the subject
Correct homework and give regular feedback to support student learning
Set and enforce classroom rules to maintain a safe learning environment
Record and track student performance
Communicate with homeroom teachers and parents about student performance
Adapt lessons using assessment data to the level and needs of students
Report on assessment tasks and exams, including writing individual student comments, within set deadlines
Attend and participate in meetings and professional development sessions
Collaborate with other teachers and Head of Department

Demonstrate a high level of knowledge about College level writing requirements, grammar and composition
Highly skilled, motivated, versatile, dependable, organized and dynamic individuals with strong communication and problem solving skills
Candidate must possess a passion for teaching, previous teaching experience preferred
High level of competency with technology used to support student learning, including but not limited to: using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, interactive whiteboards and other learning management systems used for monitoring student progress
Able to work both collaboratively and independently
Friendly, patient, and sensitive to the needs of a diverse group of student
Relevant Bachelor degree or higher is required
Salary: 20K-40K per month depend on qualification and interview performance.
