I. Core Process & Role Division
1. Overseas Application: Work Permit Notification + Z Visa
• For Employers:
Submit business license, employment contract and other documents to apply for the Notification Letter of Foreigner’s Work Permit online
Processing Time: 5 working days for Category A talents; 10-15 working days for Category B/C talents
• For Candidates:
Prepare passport, degree certificate, non-criminal record, etc.; apply for Z Visa at Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your home country with the Notification Letter
Processing Time: 5-10 working days
2. Onshore Processing: Legal Employment Documents
• Within 24 Hours: Candidate completes Temporary Accommodation Registration
