Job Description
We are seeking an Overseas Trade and Investment Risk Analyst to join our team. The qualified candidate will monitor U.S. trade and investment policy trends, analyze their global market implications, and provide clients with actionable advice to mitigate risks stemming from U.S. foreign policy.

Key Responsibilities
1.Research global economic and geopolitical trends and their impact on U.S. policies and client investments.
2.Engage with overseas institutions, industry associations, and stakeholders to gather global market insights.
3.Track and analyze U.S. trade and investment policy developments (e.g., tariffs, trade, investment reviews).
4.Assess risks and opportunities from U.S. foreign policy for clients’ overseas operations and provide strategic recommendations based on date and future trends.
5.Prepare high-quality analytical reports and policy briefings.
6.Collaborate with teams to develop risk management strategies to support client decision-making in international markets.

Requirements

Qualifications

1.Prior experience working overseas or managing overseas projects (e.g., overseas offices of USAID, MCC, USIP, Peace Corps) . Candidates with professional networks or connections in the aforementioned fields are also encouraged to apply.
2.Master’s degree or higher in Economics, International Trade, International Relations, Finance, or a related field.
3.Deep understanding of U.S. trade and investment policies (e.g., CFIUS, ITAR, EAR) and their global implications.
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
5.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
