Job Description
Global Nexus HR Service is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business growth. You will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, social media, content creation, and market research while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
Create engaging content (blogs, newsletters, videos, infographics) to attract and retain customers.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Manage brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Support event planning and promotional activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing or brand management.
Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and email marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics or similar tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with strong project management abilities.
Experience in HR or B2B services (preferred but not required).
