Head of Overseas Wind Power Development

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project development plans based on the group's strategic goals.
Assess the feasibility of project development by evaluating the foundational conditions of the project area, negotiating, and signing project development agreements.
Communicate with local governments and relevant departments to handle necessary documentation and procedures.
Oversee all tasks related to preliminary development, project applications, and project approvals.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth progress in obtaining approvals and project validation.

Over 6 years of experience in early-stage development of power station projects (wind power, thermal power, hydropower, etc.); capable of independently developing new energy projects.
Familiarity with national and local policies in the power industry and a thorough understanding of the wind power project development process.
Extensive overseas government relations resources, including but not limited to overseas embassies and consulates in China, and local government agencies in Europe and the Middle East.
Strong government negotiation skills, ability to track and understand policies relevant to the company's business development, and effectively maintain and expand cooperative relationships with overseas government agencies based on the company's business goals and direction.
