Job description

As a Lead Artist, you will define the art style of the game and be responsible for the team management to deliver a stunning visual experience of the game.


Responsibilities

Lead art team in developing and delivering high-quality game visual assets.
Defining the overall art style for the game (including UI, concept, etc.) and providing clear guidelines for the whole team.
Defining and establishing art standards while ensuring all creative materials are consistent.
Maintaining efficient collaboration and effective information flow between team members.
Scheduling the work with product and developing teams and ensuring it is executed timely and to the standards.
Guiding, mentoring, and developing the team.

Requirements

BA in Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Animation, or other related fields.
10+ years' experience as a game artist
Successful experience in social casino games (such as bingo, poker, solitaire, slots, etc.,). -A plus.
Capable of various styles
Familiar with the whole workflow of game art
Project management skills, being able to deliver high-quality content on time
Leadership and excellent communication skills, encouraging and inspiring others to generate new ideas.
