Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., LTD is a new material industry platform subordinate to CRRC Corporation Limited, which was founded in 1984 as the Rubber Laboratory of Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute of the former Railways Ministry, and was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in December 2002.
