About
WLSA was established in 2011 at the 5th World Leading Schools Forum held in New York (USA) in order to bridge cultural differences, promote further understanding among secondary schools, and improve collaboration between leading schools and institutions of higher education around the world.
WLSA’s founding members were:

• Harvard-Westlake School
• Geelong Grammar School
• Groton School
• Beijing No. 4 High School
• The High School Affiliated to Fudan University
WLSA has offices in the Netherlands, Beijing and Shanghai courtesy of the CHEER Foundation, who are supporting WLSA’s development in these formative years.
