Nonprofit OrganizationThe Spring Program is a charitable education enrichment initiative sponsored by an international logistics company, GLP (www.glprop.com) and its CEO, Ming Z. Mei. Spring is directed by Australians Jo Brooke and Heath Greville. We work mostly in poor, remote primary schools in six provinces across China.
Our objectives are:
Working closely with local Education authorities, Headmasters and teachers, and respecting the existing curriculum and educational goals of each school, the program will build children’s confidence and enthusiasm for learning by:
• Providing teaching and learning activities to enhance the existing Music and English language curricula.
• Developing the skills of Music and English teachers.
• Providing creative opportunities for students to have fun and to excel in Music and English language learning.
