Lingua Education is a nationally-recognized educational consulting company based in China. We directly employ teachers & manage all HR responsibilities. For our “Standby Teacher” positions, we will sign a contract with our candidates by agreeing to terms on the working hours, salary, and other benefits. We will then begin the visa application process (generally takes around two months). Afterwards, our candidates will have interviews with multiple schools until both parties mutually agree to begin employment. The candidate will then arrive in Shanghai where they be provided with 5 days’ accommodation, proper orientation, and help getting settled into their new, exciting life in China.
