• Working as Welding Chef of Service Officer (CSO) Strong working experience of site service of mobile and stationary flash butt rail welding machine Quality Control, help to analyses the technical information , repair the single and dabble container mobile machine upgrade the machine system when required ,strong repairing experience of FBW (K 900,K 920 , K 922 , K 930 K 945 )
• PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:-
• always reporting directly to the Company General Manager/Director, in all activities connected to Organization, Production, Maintenance and Commercial. • Flash butt and aluminothermic rail welding; • Plant equipment and machinery maintenance (flash butt rail welding machine, rail saws, cranes, conveyors), and respective electrical, hydraulic or air systems; • Ultra-sonic testing of rails and rail welds in plant and in track; • Quality Management System implementation. Co-responsible for the Quality Assurance Manual redaction and its implementation in the company and all the process for achieving ISO 9001 certification; • Planning and organizing work activities in plant and plain track; • Management of working teams; • Stocks management; • Relations with clients and suppliers; • Commercial Offers and Cost Forecast Sheets; • Reports for Production Control,
• Responsible for repairing or replacing defective or worn out equipment parts using power tools and hand tools
• Responsible for maintaining clean and safe working environment by strictly following rules, procedures and regulations Perform daily corrective and planned maintenance repairs.
