Joint VentureHinacom Software and Technology, Ltd. is a healthcare IT company specializing in Medical Imaging Information & Telemedicine platform and their applications. Hinacom was established in 2008 by industry veterans with a combined 50 plus years of healthcare IT and medical imaging experience in global companies. HINACOM was partially funded by Bright Oceans Corporation and world renowned venture capital firm Sequoia Capital Venture Fund. HINACOM's head quarter is in Beijing, China, and it has established multiple R&D Centers in Tianjin, Zhengzhou, China and in Minneapolis, US.
HINACOM focuses on innovative research and product development. The Company has developed industry leading products. Its Medical Imaging Suite (miPlatform) is an integrated all-in-one medical imaging platform, which includes Enterprise PACS/RIS, Specialty PACS such as Ultrasound, Endoscopy and Ophthalmology, Web-based 3D Processing, Clinical Image-based Conferencing, Regional PACS, TeleMed/TeleRad and Mobile Imaging Systems. miPlatform has been successfully deployed in multiple hospitals and regional PACS/TeleMed projects in China, US and SE Asia and received recognition from worldwide experts and customers.
HINACOM supports multiple sales/business collaboration models based on its customer's needs. In addition to the traditional system purchase model, a SAAS model and a cloud-based deployment model are also supported, with their workflow optimized to the customer requirements. Several typical use cases include: Enterprise PACS systems for Armed Forces General Hospital; Beijing City-level Regional PACS/TeleRad Platform; Sichuan Province Regional Medical Imaging Platform, with its first phase covering over 600 hospitals/clinics in 27 counties; Peking University People's Hospital Telemedicine Platform, connecting to over 500 hospitals nation-wide in China; Malaysia TeleMed Exchange Platform, which obtained Malaysia government "Iconic project" status; and a Cloud-based PACS/TeleRad platform serving 37 radiologist groups and over 400 hospitals/clinics in the US.
