Private CompanyWe opened up 2007 and we have rapidly grown. We have over 2400 students with 31 foreign teachers and eight local teachers.
We teach students from age 3 and up, although we mainly focus on students from age 3 to 15. Our students are divided into classes by age and level, with a maximum of 10 students for 3-6 year olds, and 16 students from 7-15 years old. We teach our students 2 hours each week, and the teachers keep their classes throughout the course, so we have a chance to become familiar with both our students and their parents. In all classes we use EF materials, which consist of books, PPT, CD, quizzes, work cards, Flash cards, and in some cases IWB activities and puppets.
Each teacher works closely together with a Progress Advisor, who is a support
in parent contact and the students learning, moreover the PA will be present in classes where the students are younger than 8 years old.
At the moment our team consists of 31 foreign and 8 local teachers, all of whom are in the same office and work together on a daily basis. 4We value a positive atmosphere in the office, and support each other as much as possible, in both work and private situations. We understand that a lot of teachers coming here are in a new situation and the “old” teachers are very focused on introducing the new teacher to the city, shopping, dining, the language, and are always willing to answer questions. Both in our busy weekends and during the week, the teachers often have lunch and dinner together, and on days off teachers often meet for tennis, shopping, dinner, nights out, sightseeing and so on.
