SchoolCountry Garden Silver Beach School was established by Mr. Yang Guoqiang, president of Country Garden Corporations, LLC. It is a private, non-profit, comprehensive and exclusively boarding school. As of 2014, Country Garden Education Group owns 12 chain schools, 23 kindergartens with nearly 20,000 enrolled students.The school is located at Silver Beach Huizhou; A beautiful seaside resort, a pristine location and a major tourist venue.
Founded on the mission of “Chinese soul and International mindedness”, the Country Garden Silver Beach School is committed to designing an individualised education for its students. This will be accomplished through the school’s educational concepts, the quality of its teaching staff and its beautiful campus environment and facilities.
The school has a capacity for over 3,500 students in kindergarten, primary, middle school and high school. To assist in an individualised teaching program the school offers a number of options running alongside the Chinese curriculum, Bilingual and International (PYP/MYP). The high school offers the A Level, IB and AP curriculum.
Teachers at the school are expected to possess the following; a commitment to education, a loving attitude to students, rich experience in teaching and excellent subject knowledge.
The school has a size of 180 mu (excluding kindergarten), with the initial investment of 0.45 billion RMB. The teaching facilities consist of spacious and well-ventilated classrooms, multi-functional teaching grounds and laboratories, equipped with modern communications technology, geography lab, biology lab; each classroom is furnished with multi-media networks.
Sports and arts facilities are comprehensive with a purpose built stadium, 200-meter and 400-meter sports grounds with AstroTurf and rubberized running tracks, a constant-temperature swimming pool and standard pool; libraries for primary school and high school, electronic reading rooms, piano studios, lecture hall and theater.
