Supported by the Ministry of Education and the State Bureau of Foreign Experts and Affairs, ConnecTalents conducts TEFL in China certificate training, Advanced Training an as well as Kindergarten Training subjected to foreign teachers through capital utilization and commercial operation. ConnecTalents also aims at stabilizing recruitment channels, through raising the bar for entry as well as providing support during the dispatch process. This way, ConnecTalents can establish a foreign teachers’ classification and a credit system in the hope of standardizing foreign teachers market in China, which consequently will improve the quality of foreign teachers, and form an international education environment with higher standards.
