Established in 2007, Chinese House is a professional training institute teaching Chinese Mandarin to students from all around the world. It has , so far, provided training courses for more than 2000 foreigners living in Ningbo from over 30 countries, such as: Japan, Korea, France, the United States, Italy, Turkey, Germany and Russia. Apart from Mandarin courses of eight types with eleven levels, the school also offers eight kinds of cultural courses including Chinese calligraphy, Taichi and cooking all year round.
