Huan De Future City Property (Shenzhen) Co., Limited, located in the Longgang District is an international real estate developer. The company was founded by Huan De Group whose shareholder is Tucher & Schmied Family. The project running by Huan De Future City is China European Future City (CEFC) which is located in the international low carbon city of Longgang District under the support of NDRC and Shenzhen municipal government. It is the pilot project under the EU-China Partnership on Urbanization. It has a core area of 4 sqkm, consists of three zones and Production Center, including a Sustainable Urbanization Park, a Life Science Park, as well as a 4.0 Business and Production Center. This pilot project will become an international low carbon, green and sustainable new type of urbanization park demonstration project, combining industrial, production, commercial and residential areas.
