We are seeking a passionate and driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team and promote and sell our cutting-edge products in the vibrant Indian market. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in not only promoting and selling our innovative solutions in pre-embedded slot products and prefabricated housing sectors but also in pioneering the market for new technological products, ensuring that our technology and services meet the unique needs of the local market. Through in-depth market research and efficient customer service, you will directly impact our brand’s growth and success in India.

Key Responsibilities:
1、Manage marketing and sales activities for pre-embedded slot products, prefabricated housing, and related products within the Indian region, ensuring sales targets are met.
2、Actively promote the company’s new technology products, exploring new market opportunities through effective market strategies and customer relationship management.
3、Regularly conduct market research, gathering and analyzing information on competitors, market trends, customer needs, etc., to support product development and market strategy.
4、Provide high-quality customer service, answering customer inquiries, handling feedback, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5、Work closely with team members to develop and implement sales strategies, improving market share.
6、Regularly report to management on sales progress, market conditions, and customer feedback to support decision-making.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
1、Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2、At least 3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably with a background in building materials, prefabricated housing, or related industries.
3、Familiarity with the Indian market, with good market insight and business acumen.
4、Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with customers and team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.
5、Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
6、Ability to work independently and as a great team player.
7、Fluent in English, with proficiency in Hindi preferred.
8、Willing to travel and adapt to flexible working hours.
