The main responsibility of the FT management (Foreign Academic Manager/Supervisor) is to ensure that teaching quality of all lessons within i2 attainsthe standards of i2’s curriculum system.
The FT management is the line manager of all teachers in the campus and is responsible for ensuring that all teachers follow i2 procedures. Along with this, the FT management must assist principals in the procurement of target completions.
Requirements: High standing according to company policy:
Code of Conduct and DisciplinaryProcedures.
Meet the minimum requirements as established by the Core Competencies.
Meet a minimum standing of 80points in the Teacher Assessment. If applicable, meet a minimum of 14 points in the Teacher Manager Appendix of the TeacherAssessment.
Complete 8 of the 10 items in the Core Competencies for FT management.
Meet necessary campus staff requirements.
