Job Description:
 English Oral/Literature Teacher
 Contract Length: 12-18 months starting ASAP
 Schedule: 5 working days weekly, 2 days off per week.
 Working Hours: There are around 35 hours weekly, no more than 25 teaching hours weekly.
 Students: aged from 3-12, small size class, small class size
 Classroom fully equipped with computer, projector, whiteboard, and microphone
 Curriculum and teaching materials provided
 Number of headcounts: 30

Responsibilities:
 Be familiar with all aspects of the U-Smart Education curriculum, the lesson flows, and the quiz schedules
 Complete end of term assessments that are personalized and constructive
 Access U-Smart Education resources and prepare lesson plans according to the objectives of the courses
 Deliver high quality courses to students including assigned tests
 Issue and explain homework assignments to students and parents
 Mark all tasks that students complete in class and for homework and fill out post-class comments
 Write student assessment reports with strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations
 Motivate the students and foster a love for english learning

Requirements:
*Native English Speaker from UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa or New Zealand；
*Degree: BA or Above；
*At least one out of three:
1) Teaching related degree (majored in English, Education, English Literature, Creative Writing etc.); OR
2) 2 years teaching experience (with original reference letter from current/former employers); OR
3) Teaching certificate holder: TEFL/TESOL (at least 120 hrs), CELTA, DELTA, State teaching license, PGCE, QTS

What we offer:
 Gross monthly salary: Negotiable
teaching fees for the regual monthly payment.  Up to 7,000 RMB Flight Allowance, reimbursed upon completion of the contract
 1,000 – 8,000 MB end contract bonus after one year contract fulfilled
