Head Of Copywriting

•Write engaging content in English for product listings, social media, press releases, customer support resources, product manuals, and all other customer-facing content.
•Guide overseas copywriting team to be product experts, telling compelling stories about ESR's brand and products.
•Ensure the highest standards of quality and effectiveness through proofreading and oversight of all copy.
•Coordinate with marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams to ensure all content is in line with overarching communication goals and brand tone of voice.
•Provide culturally relevant insight for branding, marketing, sales, customer support, and product teams.

• Native English speaker(from the US or UK)
• At least 3 years of copywriting experience
• Experience managing a team
• Detail-oriented and self-directed
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Intermediate Chinese language skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher
