Most of the time, a school with a bad reputation is always at the bottom when it comes to academic rankings. If you are thinking of enrolling at the Chulalongkorn University or any other university abroad for that matter, you should first look at how it performs before you even think of applying.
The university has a great academic reputation of seventy-six point three. It has had visits by heads of state such as former South African President Nelson Mandela, Bill Clinton and Lyndon B. Johnson among many others. There are also numerous international dignitaries who have received honorary degrees from the University.

You should, therefore, make sure that you find out just how popular and appreciated the employer is by the employees.
The Chulalongkorn University has won the first position in research rankings in the whole of Thailand for the past six consecutive years. The campus also houses an Earthquake Engineering and Vibration Research Laboratory that can be used to conduct research on things like the vulnerability study of buildings and the cyclic manners of toughened concrete.

Extra-curricular activities can help you get a job, especially if you are focusing on a field that depends mainly on teamwork to succeed. The Chulalongkorn University aims to educate students who are well-rounded, and that calls for the use of both academics and other activities. These also include the celebration of some Thai traditions that are held annually with an aim to promote the Thai heritage as a way of enhancing personal student fulfilment.
