Location and Transport
Capital Normal University is located in the capital city of Beijing, which is in the North of China. It has three other campuses besides the main campus, namely; the North One Campus, the North Two Campus, and the East campus. Transport to the school can be by express railway from the airport, by shuttle bus, or by taxi. The subway is also another means of transport to the university and it is more efficient and relatively cheap.
About Capital Normal University
The school was founded in 1954 and was named among China’s One Hundred Key Universities. Previously, the school was called Beijing Teacher’s College and was later given its present name, Capital Normal University. It currently has Gong Huili as the president.

The University has been recognised among the top universities in China for its continued top-class performance of students. 1. On June 15th, Capital Normal University’s Institute of Cultural Studies held a review of the project regulations on the protection of intangible cultural heritage in Beijing where the university’s president addressed and met with experts.
2. The University held the Entrepreneurship Publicity Week on the 23rd of May to the 5th June to further demonstrate the entrepreneur service system.
3. Capital Normal University recently conducted the Internet and Education Beijing forum on Hybrid Teaching Models of primary school mathematics. This forum was mainly to support the teaching model which relies on the Limi Specialized Learning Platform.
